Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Free ground rate shipping is the default setting ONLY IN CONTINENTAL USA, sent via US Postal Service or UPS. Additional options may be selected for paid 2-3 Day USPS Priority Mail or other Ground rate. European Sheepskins does not control or take responsibility for delivery delays once in the possession of the carrier. EVEN WITH USPS 2-3 DAY PRIORITY MAIL, USPS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME. IT IS A TARGET NOT A GUARANTEE.
DELIVERY
At the time of shipping, a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION and TRACKING NUMBER is automatically sent to the buyer's email address. If the email is not received due to spam blocking or any reason, please contact us to request the tracking number to be resent. It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the package's progress via tracking. The time and date of delivery will be given on the final tracking entry.
MISSING/THEFT AFTER DELIVERY
UPON TRACKING CONFIRMATION OF DELIVERY, THE BUYER TAKES RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PACKAGE AND ITS CONTENTS. EUROPEAN SHEEPSKINS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES MISSING OR STOLEN AFTER THE TIME OF DELIVERY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED. REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE MADE FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AS DELIVERED. IN THE CASE OF THEFT, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PURSUE THE MATTER WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES OR INSURANCE.
LOST DURING SHIPPING
In the unlikely event that the carrier loses the package during shipping with NO TRACKING DELIVERY RECORDED. European Sheepskins will replace or refund the order. This applies only in the case where the package is missing before the carrier documents delivery. Once the package has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer.
